How to wear a romper?
When it comes to how to wear a romper –The sky is the limit! I was actually very hesitant about this “Romper Fashion Trend”, I always felt they were something a child would wear, but once I tried one on, I was sold! Nothing can be as easy to wear or as easy to style like a romper. You can wear it for a casual day around the city, visit a park, a happy hour with girlfriends, date, as I said… The sky is the limit! So let’s get to it.
Outfit # 1 Romper and The City
I absolutely love wearing my rompers this way! I bet you will too, simply pick your favorite tennis shoes, a backpack, your pearl earrings and voila! you are ready to go, perfect for a day of running errands or explore your city or even better a new city. You will look hip but put together, all at the same time. 😌
Outfit #2 Summer in LA
If you want to make it a more bohemian kind of look all you need to do is to wear some cute sandals and a trendy bamboo basket bag. You can find this bag HERE
Outfit #3 The Happy Hour
For this look, wear casual high heels and simple accessories such as pearl earrings or other small earrings.
Outfit # 4 The First Date (or any date 😉)
Longer earrings will make this outfit dressier immediately! Wear a dressier bag and shoes either flats for a casual date during the week or high heels if you are going to a bar or for a “Dinner and Drinks” kind of date.
If you still haven’t gotten a romper, here are 3 things to consider
How to pick a romper
- First, you must find a romper that you love and can’t wait to wear, and that looks good on your body type.
- Decide the color or print you want. I really love flowery prints for summer.
- Look at what is made of, I highly suggest picking a romper made of rayon, cotton, or silk. Nowadays Polyester is one of the most used materials to make fabrics. Have you ever notice feeling super warm when you wear polyester? the reason why is because… Polyester = Plastic – That’s right! So I would recommend not to get a romper made of plastic (or sheets for your bed).
